Corporate Account Not Activating

Hi TeamViewer messaging team,

I have been added to my companies TeamViewer account but when I log into customers computers I am flagged as a free licence user and the session is terminated after 5 minutes. I need to know how to fix this problem. When I access the 'About TeamViewer' tab it is confirmed that I am solely on a free licence account however I am login in through the corporate account.
