Version 13 does not open
I've been using TeamViewer version 12 for a while to access two computers. Due to version compatability issues, I was forced to update the software to version 13. After done installing, the new version will not open and sends the following error:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".
The software is installed on my private computer which contains only my user. I would think this is to due to administration problems in my computer, but when I uninstall v13 and install v12 again (v12 being saved in the same exact folder as v13), v12 opens with no problem.
I've tried unistalling and installing numerous times, including a few times with restarting my computer in between. Nothing seems to be working. What can be the cause of this?
