Cost of adding channel

Hi,

in the available AddOns section, it mentions: Add up to 9 more channels (C$ 64.90 each)

Is C$ 64.90 on monthly or yearly base?

I will guess monthly since the bubdles price are on monthly base. But that seems to be incredibly expensive.
