I'm using Teamviewer 13 (business licence) and on the last days i'm unable to remote connect to my client computers. I even tried connect to a laptop i have by my side an cannot make remote connections.
Both machines have green connection status.
The error is Canceled autentication (Autenticação cancelada).
What is this error ?
