Hi,
our QuickSupport module is not creating a SOS Button anymore, although the option "create SOS Button automatically" is selected in the module settings.
I have tried it on different notebooks with different users, unselected and reselected the option in the module settings etc...
Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?
