Can I use TeamViewer to re-install windows 10 on my family's computer?

Hi there!

I am wondering that can use TeamViewer to re-install windows 10 on my family's computer?

My sister has a computer that is needed to re-install windows 10, is quite a diffrence from me. Is it anyway possible for me to entirly re-install windows on a computer that is re-installing the OS?
