Remote control - password screen not showing

I'm using TeamViewer for about a year, and suddenly on a day, when I wanted to work at home, I choose as usual the right Partner-ID, clicked on "connect", but the screen for the password doesn't appear anymore. I tried several times, and decided to install the newest version of TeamViewer (13.0.6447) hoping it would work again. But when I tried again with the new version, the screen for the password still didn't appear.. Does anyone know what the problem is? The green icon says "Ready to connect (secure connection)" So I don't see the problem?
