Teamviewer 13: unattended remote access

I want to remote into my iMac at my holiday home without anyone being in attendance there.

And vice versa, remote in to my iMac at my principal home from my holiday home; without anyone being in attendance at the principal home.

How do I do that?

I have only used Teamviewer with someone being in asttendance at each machine.
