Did not receive activation email on new user created in Management Console


I'm hoping someone can assist me with a new user activation issue.

We created a new support engineer account and have not received the activation link to the users mailbox. I have tried using the portal to de-activate / re-activate and reset password to see if it would help but no change. I can login to teamviewer with the account however i'm unable to assign any group permissions to the user as they need to click the activation link.

There does not appear to be a clear way of resending this email to the user and i cannot see how to delete a user in order to try the process from scratch.

Can anyone help?
