When remoting onto a PC via web client; Teamviewer says that it is a free licence so we are limited
Hi There,
When remoting onto a PC via web client; Teamviewer says that it is a free licence so we are limited to a 5 minute window; also saying that it is a sponsered session (Pictures included below).
However, we own Business Licenses, so why do we recieve this error message?

Thanks for your message.
The possibility to connect via the web client is only part of the Premium and Corporate license. (Check the license comparison here)
As soon as you connect from your TeamViewer full version (while logged in to the Computers & contacts list) you will not get this message.

Are they counting the iOS app as a web client????

I am connecting with My Mom's computer with the full version on my windows PC and still receive the 5 min message. Ideas?
