TeamViewer 12 to TeamViewer 13 Upgrade Question
I have started receiving message boxes indicating our TeamViewer 12 corporate license is about to expire. We are between renewal anniversary dates. I am wondering if we are eligible for a free TeamViewer 13 upgrade, pro-rated upgrade, or paid upgrade? I am also curious to know if there is documentation available for this process. Thank you in advance for your assistance regarding these questions.
