I use Team Viewer to help my elderly parents access their computer for simple web browsing and email. They are in their 80's and as they get older, problems arise more frequently. However, Team Viewer has been the perfect solution for me to fix most all of their problems remotely. I honestly wish they had some fee I could pay them for the great service they are providing us for free. But just a call out of thanks and appreciation to a fine application and a wonderful service for their non commercial users. Thank you to the whole Team Viewer Team.
