Is there a way to add new status to tickets. Presently there are 4; open, closed, waiting for customer. We need another for 'waiting for third party'. How can I add one?
Currently we don't have the ability to add or modify the ticket statuses in servicecamp. However I've informed our product management about this feature request, so that they can consider it for the future.

Seems like it would easy to allow us to create custom status lists and this be very useful.
