Can't use keyboard on remote computer!

I use Teamviewer13 to control windows7 from Centos7,but I can't use keyboard on the windows7 remote computer,how to resolve this issue?

Hi,Teamviewer team,I had found the reason.It's because the input method,when I change my input method,I can type on the remote computer finally,it's great!
