I jsut subscribed to TeamViewer after working with another user. Everything installed correctly. I installed on my first remote computer to test it. I set it up with Unattended Access, but when I attempt to connect to it, all I am getting is "Initializing Display Parameters" until the screen is either unlocked or no longer minimized. Did I miss a setting somewhere? 90% of my remote work will be done after hours when the users are probably logged off. Thank you.
