Not receiving password reset emails account locked

It has been several months and I have been trying to reset my account password but I receive no emails.

Fortunately I am still logged into the IOS app with the same account.

Since I have created a new TeamViewer account.

However this points to a problem with TeamViewer as a locked account cannot change a password, or is this just me?

Can anyone please give me more info on the matter or is this actually the case?
