Disable remote input option is locked behind higher teamviewer plan

I made the mistake of upgrading from version 12 to 13. 
Now the option to disable remote input is locked behind a pay-wall. 
Did I download the wrong version or did this vital teamviewer feature get locked b

 

I tried re-downloading version 12 from the official site and I got the same issue.

Same has happened to me and I support both myself and 2 others who dont work and cant afford the astronomical paywall prices.

Why have teamviewer decided to kick us out?  maybe they are going to pay us the going rate to support friends and family instead of paying others to do the job for us - people we dont know if they will do the job right or know how the user operates their system.  its unfair.
