service.exe error

Good morning,

I ' ve update TW 13 but on restarting i get this message: TW 13 was closed because of a service exe error.

I downloaded Tw agai but error remains?

Suggestions?

Hello, got the same with the last 13.1.1548 version, so I get back to the 13.0.6447 version.

I don't know where to upload crash log on the TW site.
