I attempted a file transfer of about 7GB from TV13/Win10 to TV13/RPi. The transfer was verified successful, TV reports a 0 byte file and does not transfer the file back.
If the file already existed on the target and is identical, then, this is expected behavior.
You can verify if they are identical by running
md5sum <filename>
on both sides.
