How to default a meeting to all participants unmuted?

Hello,

ISSUE: For some meetings of low number of participants that are really not technical, it takes forever for them to realise that by default they are entering on mute and they finally discover where the unmute button is.

QUESTION: Is it possible to set my invitation as "participants join UNmuted by default"? I could not find anywhere. I have latest v 13 installed with licence.
