Audio/Sound problems. Please help!

Hello, i really need help, i have problem with sound, you see everytime i'm connecting to my friend pc my sound suddenly drop really low on youtube or any program, and when i click to check sound settings, it shows that it is on the maximum and i can't make it higher. I use Macos High sierra, before i used Windows PC and that problem with sound never happen before.
