Moderator - Please delete my account - 2 factor auth issue with no recovery code

Phone died, no recovery key, and adding the auth apps on new phone doesn't show the account for MFA.  I can't understand why there isn't a 'Reset my Account' option easier than this, but as I understand it a moderator can delete my account.  Obviously it's not this account, please PM me and I'll reply with my Account info.  Very Frustrating...  There should at least be an option for SMS recovery to get back on track with something like this.  I may have had a recovery key backed up on my computer, I'm not sure since my SSD on it died last week, so I lost everything there as well.  Fun stuff...
