I am reposting in case something has changed since similar previous posts for ver 10 and 12. We are using ver 13 build 1548. I can hear the remote, but they cannot hear me. My TeamViewer audio control panel shows mike is working, and sound levels are good when I speak. I can see the audio settings on the remote, and it is set up properly for them as well. Skype and other VoIP works with the same setup I have for TeamViewer
The issue is intermittent, and appears to be resolved if I do a complete reboot on my side, which seems odd? Whether or not the remote can hear me, my TeamViewer and Windows audio settings have not changed.
Update: I have tested other selections for audio: Default Device, laptop embedded mike, and so on. No change. I can always hear remote, they cannot hear me, even though TViewer controls show my mike is working.
