My granpa need help with his PC from time to time. I have remotely acess to his PC, but I can't open his microphone remotely. each time he have to click on the ,microphone icon so I will be able to hear him and each time I struggle with him to explain him how to do it.
there is option that make it possible to active his microphone / video remotly without getting his premission each time?
