Connecting via LAN to a Virtual Machine (VirtualBox)

Hi there,

I would need to connect via LAN to a VM (Windows 10 Home) but I cannot, I receive a message that says that's not possible to reach the host.

I can do the other way around (connect from a VM to my PC via LAN).

Can someone help me out?
