Hi everyone, I'm having trouble configuring a BV6000 for remote control.I've checked the supported device list and indeed it's not there, any chance to make it work?Thanks in advance.
Did anyone ever solve this. My dad is 87 and struggles with new phones so I am trying to be able to take control remotely but I can't do it with Team viewer on a Blackview 6100. ( it works fine on my galaxy 21 plus.)
It just says your partner does not accept remote connections.
I have the same problem with the BV5800 , but it's working fine with the BV7000
