Could you please send us your TeamViewer log files as a ZIP file in an e-mail to privacy@teamviewer.com ?
Please mention the date, which you would like us to check. We have a special team for these kind of cases and they will take care of the ticket.
To enhance security, we recommend using our whitelist feature and also our two factor authentication to manage access to your account. The whitelist will only allow access for specific accounts and/or ID's which are added by you.
