Controlling a machine with hebrew and english keysboard mixes the keyboard usage

Hello,

I am trying to control a windows 10 machine which has both hebrew and english keyboards installed by windows.

Something is wrong with the cursor, it shows the RTL pointing left although the keybaord is on ENG. Inside outlook the mail editor is messed up, because it doesnt understand the direction of the keyboard it should use so it output hebrew and english letters all mixed up.

Is this something seen by other users?

I experienced the same issue too. Apparently, both machines should be on the same input language in the language bar.
