Teamviewer WOL method

I am wondering what method Teamviewer uses to wake up computers over LAN.
It works great, and even wakes one computer that will NOT wake up via normal Windows browsing or from the Windows shortcut i made to it.
The problem computer has Windows 10 Home, and it is the only computer i have EVER had with this problem, and I suspect something with the motherboard (Asus Prime H270-Plus/CSM), but have found no solution.
Despite the problem, Teamviewer wakes that computer with no problem at all, so I am wondering what method Teamviewer uses. It must be doing something different than Windows sends over the LAN (some particular command or syntax or something!).
Any ideas of what it is or how I might find out?
