Everytime I try to add a particular computer to the list I get an error stating that the computer is already in the list but it isn't. Ideas?

Thank you for posting in the Community. In regards to the error message shown when adding a device, the Computers & Contacts list will prevent identical TeamViewer device IDs from being entered into the list.
It may be possible that the ID you are trying to add already exists in your C&C list with an alias attached. To identify the device in your C&C list, enter the TeamViewer device ID into the search bar, shown at the top of the C&C list. By doing so, it will show the computer by its Alias, if one has been assigned.
The search bar also comes in handy trying to find a particular device within a very large list of groups and devices within your C&C list.Hope this helps.Yuhi
I had spaces in my partner ID. T'v' was unable to save the contact until I removed the spaces - yet was able to connect to partner
