TeamViewer recording corrupted

Hi,

I recorded a TeamViewer remote access session and when I convert it to a format which I can then upload to Vimeo the screen refresh is corrupted. Below is a screengrab of what I mean...

The screen isn't clearing properly. This problem isn't with the converted file, because the preview I am seeing while it is converting to an AVI also shows the corruption.

Any suggestions?
