it is allwoed to use the chat commercial without license?
Is it enough that only one people of the chat have a commercial license?

The client side does not need a licence.
Your customer is able to chat with you, if he started your Quick-Support modul or via Host modul.
Otherwise, he could install TeamViewer full version in private use.

For commercial usage you need a license :smileyhappy:
If you install TeamViewer as commercial use, you will start a trial period. After this period you will received a message, that your trial is expired.
Please make sure, that you install TeamViewer with the right classification.

We have a commercial license for the TeamViewer, but our customer have no license. Now we want to use the chat from TeamViewer with our customer. So from your answer this was not possible with an installation of the TeamViewer Software.Is this correct?How can we handle this?
