Wake On LAN Stopped Working

Up until a few weeks ago my TeamViewer would wake my wired desktop tower computer. I now get the message :
"Failed to wake up Tower-wired.
The device cannot be reached directly and no neighbor is available."
I can use a third party command line program (MC-WOL.exe) from a batch file and it wakes right up, but TeamViewer does nothing but the above error.
What changed in TeamViewer?
