My Teamviewer is not establishing a remote connection after windows 10 update. When i try to connect another computer black screen comes out and then program is stop running. What can i do about this situation?
I have the same problem. After calling the support-line, they told me that they are working on it and with update problem should be solved this week. I regret there is no communication of this big problem to licenced customers.
