Hi, what DEs can i use on boot before login into the GUI?
LighDm works however this is too rescources heavy, sddm also does not work very well for me.

Yes, LightDM is the recommended option to start TeamViewer before GUI login prompt.
Other DMs doesn't allow to run TeamViewer before login prompt, what they do is start TeamViewer once the user logs on.
We may suggest tune-up lightDM settings at keep as simple as possible heavy usage of resources.
