Trying to remote assist my dad on his Ubuntu PC, I got him to install teamviewer. I can connect to his machine and see his screen but can’t control. I am also using Ubuntu 16.04. and we both just installed the latest packages
any step needed for remote control to work ? Or is it that it just doesn’t work ?
