why can't I turn on camera remotely?

    Hi vitin,

    Could you be a bit more specific so that the community can assist? What camera are you trying to turn on?

    If you mean the remote camera for video calls in the software, this panel is for use by the remote side, not for use via remote control. You would need to use a separate camera app if you wanted to turn on a webcam remotely as this is a privacy feature. TeamViewer video calls can only be enabled from the local device.
