Hi, We have had an issue with teamviewer on a couple of Remote desktop servers. When we connect to the customer's server to perform admin tasks rather than getting the console session logged in under the admin account we instead get connected to a random user's Remote Desktop session.
As you can appreciate this is a major issue with GDPR connecting to someone's session and we are wondering if there is a fix for this issue to stop it from happening other than uninstalling TeamViewer 13 from all of our Customer's Remote Desktop servers.
