we install teamviewer at our pcs with silent msi install and a registry file with settings and Licence number.That works for teamviewer 13.2 and older versions. Nobody has to sign in to teamviewer to get a licence.
But in a manual installation we had (until version 13.0) the possiblity to enter den licence key in teamviewer options. Since teamviewer 13.2 this option is not available. In teamviewer 13.2 we have to log in with user credentials to our company to get the licence.
I am confused wheater i have to add all our teamviewer users to the portal or not. Why is there a difference in licence allocation with a manual and a silent installation? Obviously, i don't need to register all users cause the teamviewer that was silent installed works. Please explain this topic.
