partner id field and connect button greyed out
When I open my teamviewer window under my own account, I see the whole panel for control remote computer as greyed out, cant fill in the partner id field and I cant click on connect. When I login the same computer with an other account the field and button are available.
Running with a valid license
Updated to the latest build
Any solutions?

Had a supportguy on the phone and found (silly) the problem.
In the options - advanvced there is a section called Advanced settings for connections to other computers
Under there is an option called Access Control. Somehow this setting got put on Deny outgoing remote control sessions
Put it on full access and everything works again
Thnx for the quick phone support (he was watching with me via teamviewer session to find the issue)
