Staff Agents - Menu option Not visible

We don't seee "Staff Agents" menu but I am an administrator.

With the Administration Console of the Application I cannot find any selection for Administration -> Staff Agents.

What we are doing incorrectly?

We have a corporate subscription, 5 channels and 15 users assigned. I note that we may not have activated the licence, does that matter?

Seems you have logged in to system as a customer. In order to see Administration menu and able to add staff you need to be an Admin staff.

I don't see the Administrator Menu either to add staff infact my screen is completely different.
