look you have big security issue

i goes to a client who show me email from ransom hacker who claim 1400$ in bitcoin unless it will crypt is computer and mail cantaint is teamviwer password for proff of he hav acess.

only  think i can said to him is uninstall teamviwer for now and change all is password hoping hacker only use spam software with teamviwer customer bd stolen unless only fast way for prevent eventual crypting is réinstalling all system to remove all possible system modification
