When I go to "Computers and Contacts" the screen has my E-mail filled in but if I try to click on Password it does nothing. I can't enter a password and "Sign In" is grayed out.
Mine has my ID and it is ready to connect and I still have the same issues - The Comptuers & Contacts area does not allow me to enter a password or allow me to edit my email addrress.

Hi dktcluff,
This normally means you are offline or the software cannot connect to the internet.
Is it displaying TeamViewer ID?Does it display "Ready to connect"?
