is it possible? as i see button to add file that doesnt work in a two person chat , in group chat i even dont see that button to add file

It is possible to send attachments in a chat, as long as both participants have the Blizz App installed. If one of the participants is using the chat through the Blizz Console, then you will not see the attachment button available. This feature is not available in group chats.
