HI All ,
I am facing this issue since long time my laptop is primary at home connected to wifi with TeamViewer 13 windows laptop.
sometimes when I wanted to access from anywhere from my phone android or iPad it will not even login only I can see is login screen over mobile data although it has 4G i can do all the work from it but no TeamViewer only it need wifi not sure what went wrong earlier it was working fine before 3,4 months over #G mobile data
really tried to call them no one responding trying to create ticket it ask license no which I don't have not sure what i will do
