can't connenct to my server from ubuntu 16.04

I can't connect to my server since yesterday (2018/8/21). I'm a user in China. Today, I have called more than 50 calls to after-sales service, but no one answered. Can anybody help me ? Thanks alot!
My laptop has installed two OS: windows 10 and ubuntu 16.04. I used to access my server from both two operating systems. Since my laptop can't run win10 and ubuntu simultaneous, it won' t cause the number of channels to exceed 1.
This way has been working fine. However, starting yesterday, I was unable to connect to my own server from the ubuntu system. When I tried to connect from ubuntu OS, TeamViewer sent me a message that: 'The connection could not be established as Your license is in use on another computer at this very moment., when I restart and switched my laptop to windows 10, sometimes I can connect to the server, and sometimes I can' t.
My account and server are private. No one except me will use them. So I am very confused.
