Unable to operate remote device

Hi there....
I am using mi A1 with Android version 8
I am able to connect to other mobiles, able to share screen, but unable to control , touch , type and operate infact unable to remote control other device.



Is this the problem with mi A1 or with team viewer ?

Please inform me about the matter......
