teamviewer keeps disconnecting

i have a business license.

teamviewer has been disconnecting recently while i am working, with no message or alert. (i.e. i do NOT get the 3 hour limit message i used to get prior to purchasing the license) it just randomly disconnects me, and i need to reconnect.

 

any ideas?
