When logged into the web management console and go to the properties of a specific computer I see advanced > Startup which a text field. What is this for?

Thanks for your post.
The fields seen on the Advanced tab are custom fields created by users on your Company Profile.
To edit or create custom fields, have a Company Admin log in to the Management Console, click their account name in the upper right corner, and select 'Administer <COMPANY NAME>'
Once there, select Advanced on the left side. Towards the bottom, you will see the Custom fields section, where you can add and edit each additional field. Click Edit next to any custom field to rename it.
If you click 'Add new field', you can add any other desired field
Once done, any custom fields entered will be seen on any Computer's entry
