Password required to remote control but none is set
So I'm in a small team (2 persons, 3 accounts).
We just added a host to a device that we have to support.
From the "master-account" (the company admin) we can just quick-access the device, but if I try to do it from my account, it prompts me to enter a password, of which there is none.
It works just fine on other devices, that were in our contact list when my account was created.
What is going on here?
